1 1/2 oz Alley 6 Single Malt Whiskey
1/4 oz Alley 6 Spiced Peach liqueur
1/4 oz Linie Aquavit or available brand
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain through tea strainer into chilled glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf.
