CERTIFIED CRAFT SPIRITS

Craft spirits are the products of an independently-owned distillery with maximum annual sales of 52,000 cases where the product is PHYSICALLY distilled and bottled on-site.


ALLEY 6 RYE WHISKEY

Alley 6 Rye Whiskey is bottled at 86 proof from a mash bill composed of 78% rye and 22% aromatic malted barley and aged in new heavy charred American white oak barrels.

This young, energetic spirit has a complex flavor paired with remarkable smoothness and character. It boasts flavors of honey and oak and imparts hints of vanilla, spice of rye, and a nice subtle caramel note on the palate.

Common way to enjoy is neat or with a drop of water, also makes for a killer Old Fashioned or Manhattan. 

ALLEY 6 RYE WHISKEY COCKTAIL RECIPES

ALLEY 6 OLD FASHIONED

Muddle together the following in the base of a lowball glass:
Zest of lemon
1 tsp sugar in the raw
3-5 drops of Alley 6 Candy Cap Bitters
Then add 2 oz (+) Alley 6 Rye Whiskey
Stir all ingredients with ice
Finish with a burnt orange zest and Luxardo Cherry

THE FUN GUY

In a cocktail glass, place... 
1½ oz   Alley 6 Rye Whiskey
½ oz     Nocino Walnut Liqueur  
½ oz     Bauchant Orange Liqueur
A few dashes of Alley 6 Candy Cap Bitters
Stir ingredients together with ice and add  a garnish of burnt orange peel

 


ALLEY 6 SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Alley 6 Single Malt is bottled at 86 proof and composed of 100% Heidelberg malted barley. It's aged in recently retired heavy charred American white oak rye barrels.

ALLEY 6 86'd CANDY CAP BITTERS

Alley 6 86'd Candy Cap Bitters is composed of aromatic Candy Cap mushrooms foraged from the Sonoma Coast and a melody of baking spices that are extracted with our base rye spirit and finished in small oak barrels. 


ALLEY 6 HARVEST GIN

BATCH NO. 1 Alley 6 Harvest Gin isn’t your typical gin. It’s a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape-based gin. The floral Viognier white wine pomace from local wineries is fermented and pressed at our distillery. We then distill it using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it’s finished with a combination of unique botanicals vapor-infused in a botanicals basket. We combine locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel along with juniper berries and an array of delicious botanicals. The result is a floral and complex spirit crafted to entice the most discerning palates.
